These 2 pages are used in the lesson as one assessment. Page 1 has the categories for the timeline locked and the images can be moved. The telegraph and cellphone images have embedded audio sounds that are activated by touching any part of the image. This picture shows how students should arrange the timeline. Before using, the images should be rearranged. The timeline sorting activities can be done on a large Smartboard for a whole class or small group assessment or on individual computers that have Smartnotebook software (a free download).
